Scott R. Jalbert, P.L.S., Sr. V.P.

Scott Jalbert, P.L.S. has been with Hancock Associates for 30 years. He became a Senior Vice President of the firm in 2020 and Director of Surveying in 2024. He is responsible for overseeing operations of the Danvers office and coordinates the collaboration of survey efforts among Hancock’s regional offices. In addition to his project management of surveys including boundary, construction, ALTA and GPS, he shares his expertise in technology as the leader of Hancock’s CAD Committee, oversees the firms IT department and archiving and data preservation and participates in day-to-day business decisions as a member of the Management Team and the Board of Directors.
